Returns & Exchanges
At Farmacias Savia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all tags intact back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
